Relic Stickers Support

Quick start

  • Open the Messages app.
  • Open any iMessage conversation.
  • Tap the app drawer button beside the text field.
  • Find Relic Stickers and tap or drag a sticker to send.

Using the app

  • Browse the four packs and 31 stickers in the host app.
  • Tap the heart to save a sticker to favorites.
  • Open Recents to find stickers you used, grouped by day.
  • Switch the whole app between English and 中文 in Settings.
  • Pick an accent color in Settings.

If the sticker app is missing

  • Confirm the app is installed from the App Store.
  • Open the Messages app drawer and check the More or Edit list.
  • Restart Messages or restart the device.
  • Update iOS if a system update is available.
  • Delete and reinstall the app if the issue remains.

If stickers do not send

  • Check that the conversation is an iMessage conversation.
  • Check your network connection.
  • Try a different conversation to rule out a temporary Messages issue.
  • Restart Messages and try again.

Pro subscription

Pro is optional and unlocks every pack, every caption variant, and future releases. Plans are Monthly (¥18) and Yearly (¥118, with a 7-day free trial). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. If you already paid on another device, use Restore Purchases in the app.

  • Manage or cancel: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
  • Restore on a new device: open the app and tap Restore Purchases.
  • Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

FAQ

Does the app require an account?

No. It is an iMessage sticker app and does not require sign in.

Does the app upload my messages?

No. The app does not read or upload message conversations.

How do I cancel the Pro subscription?

Open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device, choose Relic Stickers, and cancel there. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge.

I bought Pro but it shows as locked on a new device.

Open the app and tap Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy Pro.
