Relic Stickers Terms of Use

License

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Relic Stickers on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and these Terms.

Subscriptions and billing

Relic Stickers Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription that unlocks every pack, every caption variant, and future releases.

• Plans: Monthly (¥18) and Yearly (¥118, including a 7-day free trial).
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price of the selected plan.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Prices are set for your App Store region and may vary; any price change is handled by Apple and applied to future renewals.

Free trial

If a plan includes a free trial, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you purchase that subscription. To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies at reportaproblem.apple.com; we cannot process refunds directly.

Intellectual property

The sticker artwork is original commissioned illustration inspired by publicly displayed museum relics. You may send the stickers in personal conversations through Apple's Messages app. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or use the artwork for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Acceptable use

• Do not copy, modify, or create derivative works from the app or its artwork except as allowed by law.
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or assets.
• Do not use the app in any unlawful way or to infringe the rights of others.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page before or alongside the relevant app update, with an updated date above.
